IDFA Advanced Dairy & Juice HACCP Workshop
April 27-29, 2010 - Ontario, CA
In April 2010, the Dairy Institute is sponsoring the IDFA Advanced Dairy & Juice HACCP Workshop at the Ontario Airport Marriot. This is a 2 ½ day session taught by IDFA and FDA staff. In addition to the intensive HACCP workshop, participants will also be given a primer on compliance with new federal food safety legislation. Attendees participate in working projects and will receive training manuals and a certificate of completion.
Registration fee includes all IDFA Dairy and Juice HACCP manuals and materials, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks each day:
